Shipping Information

SuperSkids are available at a growing number of local and online retailers. If your favorite local hobby shop or online hobby store isn't selling genuine SuperSkids® products yet, contact them and tell them you're interested in buying authentic SuperSkids from them. You can also order directly from us by using the "Add to Cart" buttons.

US shipping -

Sales up to $14, shipping is $2.95 through USPS 1st Class Mail. Sales over $14 are shipped by USPS Priority Mail and starts at $5.95. Delivery is usually 2 to 3 business days.

Shipping to Canada is by USPS 1st Class Mail International and starts at $4.95.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For other countries outside the US, standard shipping is by USPS (United States Postal Service) 1st Class Mail International and starts at $8.95.

Delivery time is generally 10 to 14 business days (doesn't include weekends). Depending on your country's postal system and the policies of your Customs Department, your delivery can take as long as 45 or even 60 days. Please understand that this has nothing to do with SuperSkids and is out of our control. We do ship your order right away and your order will leave the US in 2 or 3 days.

STANDARD SHIPPING:

USPS 1st Class Mail International does not have a tracking number. You will receive a US Customs number for your package and you can enter that number at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action and it will show you when your order was shipped. It won't show you anything more. At $8.95 it's a good, cheap shipping option.

UPGRADED SHIPPING:

If you require full order tracking, we can provide it. Email us and ask about upgraded shipping. We can ship your order by USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery time is usually 6 to 10 business days, but please be aware that this option will cost at least $25. This is the cheapest shipping method available in the US with full tracking.

If you believe your order is lost or missing, please contact us (admin@super-skids.com) BEFORE you contact PayPal. Going through the PayPal system will take several days longer.

Note: Shipping to Italy has been taking about 5 weeks for delivery. Packages arrive in only 3 to 4 days, but are held in Customs for a long time. It will speed delivery if you visit the Customs office and ask for your package. At various times, we've also noted long delivery delays in New Zealand, Spain, Russia and Greece.
